Erin Edmison is a literary scout and Founder of Edmison/Harper Literary Scouting. She graduated from Vassar College with a BA with Distinction in Religious Studies for her thesis on Wallace Stevens. Before scouting, she worked at W. W. Norton and Houghton Mifflin, in the publicity and editorial departments. She lives in Brooklyn.
Szilvia Molnar is the Foreign Rights Director at Sterling Lord Literistic, a New York-based literary agency. She also represents the Angolan-Danish writer and artist Ahyuhn Nen (Broken Halves of a Milky Sun, Astra Books, 2022), the award-winning Arabic writer and poet Iman Mersal (Traces of Enayat, Transit Books, 2023), and the Kathy Acker Estate. She graduated from University College London in 2007 with First Class Honors, studying Hungarian and Comparative Literature, and began her publishing career at ICM Books London as the assistant to the Foreign Rights Director. In 2023, her debut novel, The Nursery, was published by Pantheon Books. It was a New York Times Notable Book and has been published in nine countries. Originally from Budapest, Hungary but raised in Sweden, Szilvia splits her time between New York City and Austin, Texas.

Randy Winston is the Creative Director of Fiction at The Black List, and former Director of Writing Programs at The Center for Fiction, where he managed, curated, and directed the production of all writing courses, the illustrious First Novel Prize, the famed Susan Kamil Emerging Writer Fellowship, and the highly-sought Writers Studio membership. Prior to his work at The Center, Winston served as Fiction Editor of Slice Literary Magazine for 6 years and has over 10 years of executive admin experience in higher education. Before his MFA, Randy served as editor-in-chief of, formerly Southern Polytechnic State University, now Kennesaw State University’s, online and print student publication in Marietta, Georgia. He is a 2016 graduate of the MFA program in Creative Writing (Fiction) at The New School and sits on the board for Orion Magazine and WriteOn NYC.
